If an item is 'sold out', will you be getting more in?
No, there will be no re-stocks. Once its gone it gone.
What If I Can't Find What I'm Looking For?
I will be removing items from the website as they sell out. I you don't see it or can't find it, it is gone.
Are there different discounts on different days?
No, however, due to the nature of the sale we may change the discount as needed.
If you purchased at one discount and later the discount is higher we cannot refund the difference.
Do I have to enter the code to receive the discount?
No. All discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Is there free shipping?
No, due to the nature of the situation we will not be able to offer free shipping
Do I have to have an account to order?
Yes, we sell professional products for professional nail techs. If you do not yet have an account you can click here, or on the little person icon in the upper right of the screen, or you will be prompted at checkout.
You will be required to upload a photo of your license, or proof of school enrollment, as well as your license number and state in order to create your account.

After account creation, or at the time of first order, licensing will be verified. If needed, we may ask for further proof/clarification of licensing. If the license information is not verifiable, we reserve the right to cancel & refund any active orders associated with the account in question. We reserve the right to delete any account(s) for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to provide proof of licensing.

Can I make any changes to my order after I place it?
Due to the nature of our sale, we do not allow changes after an order is placed. Please make sure to double-check your information before you submit your order.

SHIPPING
Do you offer Shipping Insurance?
Yes! We offer shipping insurance through Route. This will cover your order in case of loss/theft/damage. This option is automatically turned on for you at checkout. We HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of this very affordable option. If you choose to decline this protection, you acknowledge that Shine Nail Center is not responsible or liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
When Will My Order Ship?
We will be working as quickly and accurately as possible to get your orders to you. Believe me, we love our nail mail too! However, due to the high volume of orders, expect a 4 to 6 business day processing window prior to shipping. You may see that your order status is listed as "shipped" for a few days before it appears to move. This indicates that we have printed your invoice and are working to get it all packaged up for you. Thank you in advance for your patience!
- All shipping times at checkout are estimates provided by the postal service and are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier. No refunds will be issued if the carrier does not deliver by the estimated date in their tracking information.
- Shipping estimates do not include handing/processing time.
- Once the package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the postal carrier, it is out of our control. Please refer to tracking information for the most up-to-date information and defer to your postal service as to its whereabouts.
- We HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of our Route Shipping Insurance to protect your order from loss/damage & theft.
Can I return items purchased during this sale?
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for any reason, the most important of which is health and safety.
Can I cancel my order?
If it has not been processed yet, your order may be canceled. Contact us at shinenailcenter@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
